Here is a simple example of how a purchase is processed.
Let's say you looked at a Heart (#2355) to purchase.
Go to the Contact Page and email Robert using the simple Contact Form - Let him know that you wish to purchase a Heart(s) - Stock #2355, along with where the Heart is to be shipped to.
Robert will get back to you with an all inclusive price (price of the Heart which you saw online) along with the cost of shipping.
You then pay the all inclusive price via - E-Transfer to " [email protected] " - Please note the E - Transfer account is set up for direct deposit. Once your payment is confirmed by the bank Robert will post your purchase to you within approx. 24 - 48 hrs and send you the tracking number.
Should you wish to pay with a credit card not a problem Robert can process purchases via Square payment system for : Visa - Mastercard - American Express, this will be completed via a phone call.
Paypal also an acceptable method of payment.
